价控制分析》一文，采用技术、经济等多种方法，对地铁造价的合理确定和控制进行了综合分析，值得一读。降低造价的另一条有效途径就是不断提高地铁设备的国产化率。编者从最过召开的第三次城市轨道交通设备国产化工作会议上获悉，近3年来随着设备国产化率的不断提高，城市轨道交通车辆与配件的价格有了较大幅度的降低。有关这次会议的信息请读者留意本期的报道。本期还报道了株洲时代集团公司的国产辅助变流器在香港中标的信息。
在高架线路的设计过程中，无缝线路的纵向力计算对于桥墩的设计非常重要。田振、吴迅的《高架桥无缝线路向力分析模型)一文，为分析无缝线路的纵向力建立了一个力学模型，并编制了相应的非线性有限元程序，其计算结果与美国旧金山、亚特兰大市的轻轨高架线路的有关标准一致。目前，我国还没有开展高架桥纵向力的实验研究，希望本文能对这一领域的发展起到推动作用。
东京的城市轨道交通不仅在规模和技术方面处于亚洲各大城市的领先地位，而且在融入传统文化方面也有不少值得我们借鉴之处。连小燕的《东京的城市轨道交通与传统文化》一文提出，城市轨道交通应该成为先进文化的载体，以发挥其提高城市品位和拉动经济的多元化功能。此议颇有新意，业内人士不妨一读。

from the 3rd National Conference
on Home-manufacturing of Urban
Mass Transit Equipment, which
was held very recently, that
the price for subway vehicles
and the fittings had been
decreased by a big margin
in the pas 3 years, because
the proportion of home - manufactured
equipment kept on increasing.

a mechanical model for the
analysis of the longitudinal
forces, and writes a nonlinear
finite element program. The
calculated result is very
identical to the standards
for the elevated light rail
transit in San Francisco and
Atlanta. But up to today,
there is still no research
in the experiment of the longitudinal
forces in China, We hope this
article will push this work
forward.
Urban mass transit in Tokyo
has not only gained the lead
over other Asian metropolises
in its scale and technical
level, but also in its organic
combination with traditional
culture, which we can also
make use of. The author of
