北京申奥成功,举国欢腾。到2008年,北京市的城市轨道交通将从现在的54km增加到150km。新建的线路包括城市铁路40.5km,铁路5号线27.7km以及一条磁悬浮机场快线。本期发表的张静、金辰虎的《关于北京建设立体化交通的思考》,就如何改善北京的交通来迎接奥运发表了自己的见解。
本刊主编及本刊理事会的几位成员于7月4日拜访了南京市地下铁道总公司。全国劳动模范、公司总经理李松泉告诉我们,南京地铁工程连续两年被南京市民评为“南京市十件大事之一”(1999年年底南京地铁1号线被批准立项;2000年12月12日地铁1号线的开工兴建)。可见城市轨道交通建设牵动着多少市民的心!公司副总经理陈光向我们介绍南京地铁1号线的功能定位是“安全可靠、功能合理、经济适用、技术适用、用户满意”;并就如何在设计阶段控制造价发表了高见。编者认为来自第一线的实践和理论弥足珍资,当即约稿。这篇论文就是本期刊出的《轨道交通工程设计阶段投资控制分析》,值得业内人士一读。
城市轨道交通系统的防灾工作十分重要,应本着预防为主的原则,从细微处着手,常抓不懈。本期刊出李启荣和黎少其的《地铁列车着火车时旅客双向撤离和系统保障研究》介绍了香港地铁在机场快线通车后面临新情况所采取的防火对策,很有参考价值。另有佘才高的《南京地铁南北线隧道地基的地震液化问题》和王伟的《地铁事故应急处理模拟演练》同属防灾系列,也请读者垂注。
周翊民的《城市轨道交通的系统选择及其装备的国产化》一文,是作者在为香港举办的高级铁路工程与管理培训班上的讲演稿,其中不乏真知灼见,可供各地选型时参考。

all Chinese. According to
the city planning of Beijing,
the total length of urban
transit lines be stretched
from the present 54km to 150km
in the coming years, including

a maglev express line for

of Nanjing”for 2 years running,
which shows clearly how the
citizen concerned with metro
transport in this city. According
to Mr.CHEN Guang,the deputy
manager general, Metro Line
1 aims at safety, reasonable
functions, low cost, advanced
technology and satisfaction
for the passenger. We highly
evaluate the practice and
theory drawn from the site
working, and Mr. CHEN has
some good ideas about the
control of the cost at the
design phase, so we present
our readers with his article,“A

is worth reading for all professionals
in this field.
