西部大开发是中华民族发展史上的伟大壮举。开发西部,加快基础设施是首项任务。本期刊登余凤翔、赵智的《西安城市轨道交通高架桥研究》和约斯、刘学的《大昆明区快速短途客运铁路》两篇论文,对如何发展西部城市的轨道交通提出了独到的现象。前者根据国内高架轨道交通建设的经验和教训,就古城西安城市轨道交通高架桥的选型、构造和设计,提出了建议方案和对策;后者根据欧洲城市发展轨道交通的经验,结合大昆明区的交通规划,提出了利用城间铁路进行整合的优化方案。本刊希望有更多的专家学者关心和研究西部城市的轨道交通建设。
周翊民的《城市轨道交通的发展趋势及其动因分析》一文,对发达国家和发展中国家的城市轨道交通发展轨迹分别作出了定量描述,从而得出了发展中国家的城轨建设正处于上升阶段的结论,并对其快速发展的动因进行了全面的透彻的分析,值得业内人士一读。
日前,建设部城镇建设标准技术归口部门在同济大学主持召开了“地下铁道限界标准”工作会议(参见本期第40页)。“限界标准”是一项很重要的基础标准。为了适应我国城市轨道交通的快速发展,应加快我国城轨标准的编制工作。回想上海地铁1号线运行初期,轮轨磨耗特别严重。分析原因,是由于我国地铁标准尚不完善,德国就按其标准生产车辆,内侧距宽了6mm。结果车是德国标准;轨道是中国标准,造成了轮缘挤压钢轨。我国国家计委已多次发文,要求尽快制定城轨设备的有关标准,以适应加快发展和设备产化的需要。有专家提出,建议参照我国铁道部和国外的相关标准,在建设部的统一部署下,各单位通力合作,尽快开展城市轨道交通各项标准的制定工作。

a workshop in Tongji University
on“Subway Clearance standard”(page40).It
is very important to work
out a standard for urban rail
transit in Chinese cites,
and the clearance standard
is an important basic one,
In the 1st phase of Shanghai
Metro Line 1 construction
years ago, we had suffered
a great wheel - rail abrasion,
because of the lack of a technical
standard for metro lines.
As a result, the domestic
produced rail couldn't match
the German made train, which
was 6mm wider than the rail.
The State Planning Commission
has called for a technical
standard made for metro
construction and equipment,
which is critical for the
fast development of urban
railway in China. Experts
have also suggested that,
by drawing on the experiences
and standards of the Ministry
of Railways and foreign cities,
the Ministry of Construction
shall be responsible for an
integrated arrangement to
work out a technical standard,
with the full cooperation
of Chinese railway industry
and the related research institutes
