摘要:城际轨道交通与城市轨道交通实现交通衔接, 是“以人为本”设计理念的具体体现。城际轨道交通与城市轨道交通的衔接涉及到是采用换乘方式还是组织列车跨线运行的运输组织模式的选择。从客流特征、运营管理、基础设施及设备兼容等方面对城际轨道交通与城市轨道交通衔接的兼容性进行分析,并根据具体情况,对其衔接方式提出初步设想。

Compatibility of Joint Operation of InterCity Rail and Urban Rail Transit

Informative abstractAt: present, China has entered the period of rapid development of intercity rail transit (ICRT) and urban rail transit (URT). To implement the “humanoriented” design concept, the construction of ICRT should pay more attention to an organic join with railway, highway, URT, bus and other transportation means. Among them, the joint operation of ICRT and URT must select a wellorganized mode: a smooth transfer between different lines and the crossline running of trains. Because the joint mode of ICRT and URT is of great significance for the project planning and design, this paper first analyzes the similarities and differences of ICRT and URT in terms of their functions and the passenger's characteristics. ICRT is the traffic backbone between cities and within an agglomeration, but with the expansion of cities, the service area of URT is also enlarged and will finally aggregate or evacuate passengers for ICRT. Therefore, ICRT and URT shall coordinate and complement with each other. This paper analyzes the possibility and the potential problems of the joint running of UTR and ICRT from the point of operational organization, interprets the basic facilities and equipment compatibility of them, including the lines and stations, the traction power supply standard and signal systems. Finally, the author discusses two schemes for the joint operation of ICRT and URT.
