摘要:介绍了市场细分的前提、市场细分的标准和方法等基本概念。以上海为例,对轨道交通客流需求市场细分流程提出了建议。选取“郊区轨道交通客流”作为未来上海轨道交通运营企业的目标子市场,设计一系列营销策略,吸引和培育郊区轨道交通客流,以促进城市轨道交通的良性发展。

MarketSegmentOriented Analysis of Passenger Flow of Suburban Rail Transit

Abstract:Some basic conceptions about the precondition of market segmentation, its criterion and method are introduced in this paper, the rail transit passenger market segmentation procedure in Shanghai rail transit is discussed. By taking “suburban rail transit passenger flow” as the future goals of Shanghai rail transit operation enterprise, this paper designs a series of marketing strategy in order to attract and nurture passengers of suburban rail transit and promote the healthy development of urban rail transport.
