摘要:在上海磁浮示范运营线轨道“以直拟曲”的基础上,分析了轨道功能件和定子铁心“以直拟曲”及导向面“以曲拟曲”的方法和适用范围。高速磁浮轨道采用不同长度的功能件或轨道板“以直拟曲”和部分“以曲拟曲”是可行的;在合理选择“以直拟曲”带来的设计误差的情况下,能在保证轨道精度的前提下采用通用的功能件铺设轨道。为将来设计不同长度的轨道功能件及板式轨道提供了数据支持。

On Curve Fitting Technology of High Speed Maglev Guideway

Abstract:With an analysis on the curve fitting technology of the stator pack and functional components of the high speed maglev guideway,this paper makes a study of the transrapid Shanghai Demonstration Line, argues that the application of the straightlinefitting technology will support the new design of the guideway's functional components and girders in the future.
