   摘要：介绍了地铁运营的特点及调度调整的作用。结合南京地铁1号线的实例，分析了各种行车调度调整方式。提出在遭遇突发事件或设备故障时，行车调度调整必须遵守“安全、快速、全面、服务”的基本原则。

Regulation Strategy  for  Train  Organization

Abstract：This article describes the characteristics of  metro operation, the effect of train controlling and the regulations based on the practical case of Nanjing metro Line One, analyzes some strategies for  regulating and controlling trains. The author argues that the basic rules for safety and b etter service must be followed in the trian controlling when some urgency or failure happens to the train equipment.
