新年伊始,将迎来本刊创刊 10 周年纪念。10 年历程,打造品牌。《城市轨道交通研究》杂志已成为城市轨道交通领域科技创新的一块公共园地,它伴随着我国城市轨道交通的又好又快发展正在茁壮成长。当编辑部每天打开电子邮箱的时候,总会迎来一股新风,新观念、新技术、新工艺、新方法层出不穷,怎不令人激动。回想创刊 10 年所走过的路程,我们办刊的同仁无不怀着感恩的心,真诚感谢本刊顾问、编委、各协办单位和理事单位、广大读者、作者对杂志社和刊物的关心爱护和支持。
2008 年 5 月,同济大学、上海申通地铁集团有限公司将联合主办“庆祝《城市轨道交通研究》创刊 10 周年暨同济大学城市轨道交通试验线竣工典礼”并举办特别年会,热烈欢迎业内专家学者、各理事单位代表光临指导。
截至 2007 年底,我国内地有城市轨道交通运营线路的城市已有北京、上海、广州等 10 座,共计 26 条线路,总长 700 多 km。全国 48 座百万人口以上的大城市中,已有 20 多座开展了轨道交通建设的前期工作,全国近期规划建设 1 700 km。我国城市轨道交通正处于大规模建设发展时期。北京、上海和广州等城市更是以每年 30~50 km 的速度建设,运营线路总长分别达到了 142 km、234 km 和 116 km,已率先进入网络化运营时期。本期刊出宋键的《城市轨道交通的线路、网络、体系》一文,将我国 40 多年来的城市轨道交通建设划分为“单线式”、“网络化”和“体系化”三个不同的阶段,并以此作为切入点,就城市轨道交通建设模式进行了归纳和概括。作者提出的新思路,很值得城轨规划及宏观管理者一读。
城际轨道交通与城市轨道交通实现交通衔接,是“以人为本”设计理念的具体体现,国外在这方面也已有成功的探索。陶志祥的《区域城际铁路与城市轨道交通跨线运行的兼容性分析》一文,从客流特征、运营管理、基础设施及设备兼容等方面对二者的跨线运行进行分析,并对衔接方式提出了初步设想。关于共线运行的双流制,请参阅卫超、顾保南的《欧洲现代有轨电车的发展及其启示》一文。

The beginning of 2008 will greet the 10th anniversary of Urban Mass Transit. As a public garden for exhibiting scientific & technical innovations in urban rail transit field,this brand is cast with 10 years' hard works and pains. Now, following the healthy and rapid development of urban mass transit in China, our magazine is also growing very sturdily. Everyday, when our editors open the e-mail box, they could feel a fresh breeze comes in, because new concept, new technique, new technology and new method appears one after another. Nothing could be more exciting than seeing this. When our mind wandering back to the days this magazine passed by since its start publication 10 years ago, every member of us is deeply grateful to the consultants, the editorial members, the assistant units and the members of the Council of UMT, also we appreciate our dear readers and writers very much for your great support, your love and care for this magazine.
By May of 2008, Tongji University and Shanghai Shentong Metro Group LTD will hold jointly a ceremony to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Urban Mass Transit and the completion of the test line of URT in Tongji University. At the same time, we will hold a special annual meeting of Urban Mass Transit, warmly welcome the presence and advices of all scholars, professional in this field and the representatives of our council members.
Until the end of 2007, the operational URT lines in the mainland China were 26 with a total length about 700 km, they are built in 10 cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Among the 48 big Chinese cities (with a population of a million or more), 20 have started the preparatory works for URT construction. A short-term plan of URT construction in China is about 1 700 km, which strongly demonstrates the rapid and large-scale construction of URT in this country. According to the latest statistics, the yearly completed rail lines in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are counted between 30-50 km, and their operational lines have reached 142 km, 234 km and 116 km respectively—one step earlier entering the URT network operation stage.
In this issue, Line, Network and System of Urban Rail Transit divides the URT development process of the past 40 years into three stages: the line construction, the network construction and the system construction. Taking this analysis as the point of a further penetrating research, the author summarizes and generalizes the construction modes of URT in China. This new idea is worth reading for the planner and the professionals in macro-management.
Since the joint mode of ICRT and URT is of great significance, and the concrete centerpiece of the “human-oriented” design concept. Based on the successful exploitation in foreign countries, the article Compatibility of Joint Operation of Inter-City Rail and Urban Rail Transit analyzes the joint operation of ICRT and URT from passenger's characteristics, operational management, infrastructure and the compatibility of different facilities, proposes an initial assumption for the cross-line running.
